The Smolensk industrial park "Phoenix" will house a modern complex for the production of machinery and equipment for agriculture

The Smolensk industrial park "Phoenix" will house a modern complex for the production of machinery and equipment for agriculture. The investment project will be implemented by a new resident of the park – the Smolensk division as part of the KOBLiK company group. All products will be produced to meet the needs of agricultural enterprises in the use of efficient agricultural machines, in full compliance with market requirements and industry standards, according to the specifications developed in the group of companies.

As part of the planned product portfolio of the industrial site under construction, feed mixers and feed dispensers, shredders, straw blowers, spreaders of various fertilizers and solids, reloading bunkers, as well as universal multi-purpose tractor agricultural trailers – in demand among livestock breeders and other representatives of the agricultural sector will be produced.

During the implementation of the project, a production building with an area of 14,000 m2, a warehouse facility (2,500 m2) and an administrative building (2,800 m2) will be erected. The social effect of the project is the creation of 150 new jobs and significant replenishment of the regional budget with tax and other revenues, the formation of new industrial and logistics chains, stimulation of the development of local suppliers of goods and services.

Recall that the total area of the Phoenix Industrial Park is about 82.5 hectares and is fully ready for the construction of industrial facilities.

Special conditions have been approved for residents of the park: the lease of a land plot is free for the entire construction period, the plots themselves are provided without bidding, and after the commissioning of the facility, their redemption value is equal to 25% of the cadastral value. For the first 10 years there is no property tax, land and transport taxes, and the income tax is only 16.5%.
