In early November 2025, a pilot project Launch meeting was held in Roslavl at GLASS MARKET JSC, dedicated to the start of the "Diagnostics and Planning" phase of the Labor Productivity Improvement Program.

GLASS MARKET JSC is one of the largest enterprises for the production and decoration of glass containers for food, non-food and perfumery and cosmetics.

The process of charge preparation was chosen as a pilot flow. In the next three months, the company's working group, with the methodological support of experts from the RCC of the Smolensk Region, will analyze the processes, identify hidden reserves and develop an action plan for improvements.

The experience gained by the company's working group during the implementation of the pilot project will be replicated in the future to other flows and processes of the organization.
