The Smolensk Region Investment Development Corporation is looking for a Project Manager to join its team. Your main task is to support investment projects at all stages: from the primary interest of the investor to the successful launch of the project in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Advising potential investors on government support measures and investment opportunities in the Smolensk region.
- Comprehensive support of investment projects ("from idea to launch").
- Analysis of business plans and financial models of projects.
- Interaction with government authorities and infrastructure companies on issues related to the implementation of projects of trust investors.
- Preparation of presentations, memoranda and accounting documents.
- Monitoring the implementation of investment projects and providing assistance in solving emerging problems.
Requirements for the candidate
- Higher education (economics, finance, management).
- At least 2 years of work experience in an investment company, consulting, government or business support.
- Understanding the fundamentals of investment analysis and project management.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and analytical materials.
- Negotiation and business correspondence skills.
Working conditions
- Registration: Full-time, official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Schedule: 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00. Flexible hours and partial remote work are possible.
- Place of work: Smolensk, with field trips.
- Salary: discussed based on the results of the interview.
