An important stage in the development of the Smolensk enterprise: Oleg Sinelnikov and Dmitry Gavrilov, instructors in lean manufacturing at Smolenskelectrokabel Production Association LLC, conducted the first independent training seminars for the company's employees.
The training program included a detailed study of key lean manufacturing tools: seven types of losses and a 5C system. These basic elements are the foundation for optimizing production processes and increasing work efficiency.
The pilot trainings have become not only a test of the instructors' knowledge, but also an opportunity to receive valuable feedback from the experts of the regional competence center before the upcoming certification. This approach makes it possible to improve the training methodology and adapt it to the needs of the enterprise.
The role of internal instructors in the development of industrial culture cannot be overestimated. They act as key figures in transferring experience and knowledge to colleagues, contributing to:
- Introducing a culture of continuous improvement
- Optimization of production processes
- Improving the quality of products
- To increase the professional level of employees
- Strengthening staff motivation
The results of training directly affect the efficiency of the company, contributing to a steady increase in labor productivity and the development of professional competencies of employees.
The Federal Labor Productivity Project, which is part of the National Efficient and Competitive Economy project, creates the necessary conditions for annual productivity growth.
