Today, on May 30, a workshop on improving labor productivity was held in Smolensk. Smolensk, Russia. Dmitry Alexandrovich Bakhturin, Vice President of the International TRIZ Association, head of the TRIZ Center and TRIZ School of Rostec State Corporation, held a specialized workshop in Smolensk for employees of enterprises participating in the federal Labor Productivity project.
The practical event was held with the active support of the regional competence center and became an important stage in the implementation of the federal program to support enterprises in improving the efficiency of the production process and mastering advanced methodologies.
The seminar participants had the opportunity to study modern tools of the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ), having mastered the methods of analyzing complex engineering situations and ways to effectively organize teamwork. The seminar was held in the form of practical exercises, including the analysis of specific examples and the development of solutions to real production problems.
Following the results of the event, the participants noted the high level of presentation of the material and the importance of the acquired knowledge for further improvement of production processes and the growth of competitiveness of regional enterprises.
The federal project "Labor Productivity", which is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy", is aimed at supporting domestic producers and is implemented under the auspices of the Government of the Russian Federation. This project promotes the introduction of advanced management techniques and the active exchange of best practices among Russian enterprises.
The workshop in Smolensk is a vivid example of the large-scale work carried out by the government and large corporate structures to ensure the sustainable growth of the country's industrial sector.
