A little bit about the participation of the Smolensk Region team in the annual forum.
It should be recalled that experts from the Regional Competence Center, together with representatives of enterprises of the Smolensk Region, took part in the V Annual Forum "Productivity Days in the Novosibirsk Region" from December 10 to 12.
One of the key events of the forum was a specialized workshop of a practice-oriented nature - "Don't you hear? Don't they listen? Let's give you a hint!". The key issues of managing employee attention and developing effective and innovative methods of attracting it were considered in detail.
In addition, an intensive hackathon was held within the framework of the forum, where the production cases of the federal Labor Productivity project were analyzed in detail. The participants had a unique opportunity to learn about new methods of increasing production efficiency from leading industry experts.

The hackathon allowed us to significantly expand our professional horizons in the field of developing strategies for the development of enterprises in the region, learned about new tools for implementing changes and, last but not least, expanded the circle of professional contacts.
Special attention should be paid to the sightseeing routes of industrial enterprises in Novosibirsk. The Smolyans visited production facilities for plastic windows, interior doors, utility machinery, metal profiles, as well as a lime quarry and a logistics company.
