Employees of PO SEC LLC, NPP Gran LLC, Promactive LLC were trained at the Process Factory.
These enterprises are implementing lean production tools within the framework of the federal project "Labor Productivity" with the support of the regional Competence Center of the Smolensk Region (RCC).
The Process Factory is a learning platform that helps you master the tools of lean manufacturing and learn how to apply them in practice. The task of the training participants is to build the production process most efficiently in 3 game shifts, save time and materials, while maximizing profits and reducing the cost of products.
At the "Process Factory", the company's employees solve everyday problems that they regularly encounter in their production: defects, unnecessary movements, overproduction, excess inventory, etc. The training participants learn how to find losses, solve problems, and achieve their goals and targets at the lowest cost.
RCC employees help companies improve business processes within the framework of the federal project "Labor Productivity", which is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". To participate in the project, you must submit an application on the Productivity IT platform.RF.
