On February 17, Smolenskelectrokabel Software LLC signed an agreement with the Regional Competence Center (RCC) in the field of labor productivity. The process of optimizing the production of cable and wire products was selected for the pilot flow. Based on the example of the selected pilot project, the company will continue its path of improving production and office processes in the future.

After joining the Labor Productivity Improvement Program, the company held a launch meeting with the participation of the company's managers, office staff, production staff and experts from the Regional Competence Center.

In the near future, managers and members of the working group will be trained in tools and methods for improving operational efficiency, including such necessary trainings as the implementation of improvement projects, production analysis, mapping and the 5C system, which will allow us to start optimization work within the selected pilot stream.

RCC employees help companies improve business processes within the framework of the federal project "Labor Productivity", which is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
