The Smolensk Region has become one of the leading regions in the implementation of the national Labor Productivity project by the end of 2024. The main goal of the project is to ensure the growth rate of labor productivity in medium and large enterprises of at least 5% per year.
During the implementation of the project, 42 enterprises joined it, which is more than 10% of the planned figure. 534 people were trained in productivity improvement tools, which is almost 63% higher than planned.
During the project implementation, the average running time of processes and work-in-progress at enterprises decreased by 31%, while output increased by 32%.
