Smolensk and Ulyanovsk regions discussed the future of labor productivity and interregional cooperation

A working meeting was held at the Smolensk Region Investment Development Corporation with the participation of Alexander Alexandrovich Kazakov, General Director of the Corporation, Igor Yuryevich Bychkov, Head of the Ulyanovsk Region Regional Competence Center, and Vladimir Vladimirovich Panfilov, Head of the Smolensk Region Regional Competence Center.

The talks were devoted to discussing promising areas and opportunities for the development of interregional cooperation and the exchange of effective practices in the implementation of the federal project "Labor Productivity".

Special attention was paid to the discussion of methods for implementing lean manufacturing tools, a project approach, and systemic interaction with enterprises.
Each region has its own unique conditions, problems and tasks, and it's great that we can openly share our accumulated experience with each other: how we implement lean manufacturing tools, what projects we have already implemented, and how work is organized within the RCC.

Summing up, the meeting participants expressed their willingness to continue close cooperation, expanding the formats of joint cooperation, including organizing regular meetings, holding joint events, developing common innovative solutions and pilot projects.
