Employees of the Safonov company ROYAL CAKE, a participant in the federal project "Labor Productivity", which is part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy", took part in a training on "Mapping production processes".
The purpose of the training is to teach employees how to build flow or process maps using the methodology of the Federal Competence Center.
The participants of the training learned about the goals, objectives and rules of mapping, analyzed the sequence of stages of its application, mastered in practice the methodology of information collection and mapping.
During the training, the working group mapped the value stream of Brownie cake production and identified the points of productivity growth within this process.
