1.5 thousand Russian enterprises will receive support in robotics
May 27, 2025
The FCC will help Russian enterprises to introduce robots within the framework of the national project "Means of Production and Automation", which is supervised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. This was announced by Maxim Papushenko, Director General of the FCC, at the relevant session of the Metalloobrabotka-2025 forum.
By 2030, FCC experts will help introduce robotic systems to 1.5 thousand enterprises. Our task is to find a process in the production system where installing a robot will bring the maximum effect: whether it is reducing costs or increasing the volume of products. After a detailed study of all the processes at the enterprise, we prepare individual recommendations for the implementation of robotic systems. We provide not only a specific action plan, but also calculate the economic model.
— Maxim Papushenko reported.
106 enterprises from 41 regions have already been selected for participation, 52 companies have already signed agreements. The FCC experts have completed their work at seven production facilities and will present their recommendations in the near future.

The robotics project is designed for two months and includes diagnostics of the enterprise, identification of "bottlenecks", selection of the optimal configuration of the robotic complex and assessment of its economic feasibility. In this matter, the FCC uses its long-term experience in improving the efficiency of enterprises, accumulated within the framework of the federal project "Labor Productivity" (included in the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy", an application for participation can be submitted through the IT platform Productivity.RF.).
