In July 2025, the company signed a trilateral agreement with the Investment Development Corporation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the region, officially becoming a participant in the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

The process of optimizing the production of magic toys was chosen for the pilot project. Based on the example of the selected pilot project, the company will continue its path of improving production and office processes in the future.

After joining the Labor Productivity Improvement Program, the company held a launch meeting with the participation of the company's managers, office staff, production staff and experts from the Regional Competence Center.

The managers and members of the working group have successfully completed training in tools and methods for improving operational efficiency, including such necessary trainings as the implementation of improvement projects, production analysis, mapping and the 5C system, which allows us to start optimization work within the selected pilot stream in the near future.
