From December 10-12, 2025, Novosibirsk hosts the V Annual Productivity Days in the Novosibirsk Region Forum, a key event of the year within the framework of the federal Labor Productivity project of the national project Efficient and Competitive Economy.

The forum brought together leading experts, practitioners, and business leaders from across the country to discuss current challenges and best practices for improving productivity, implementing lean technologies, digitalizing processes, and developing human resources.
The Smolensk Region was represented at the event by employees of the Regional Center for Competence in the Field of Labor Productivity and employees of Smolensk enterprises participating in the federal Labor Productivity project:

• Yana Levchenkova, Deputy General Director for Lean Production, Smetanino Poultry Farm LLC;
• Oleg Sinelnikov, Head of the Quality Management Department of Smolenskelectrokabel Software LLC.

Oleg Sinelnikov noted the importance of exchanging experience at the federal level: "By participating in the federal project, we realized that for the cable plant, increasing efficiency is not about speed, but about predictability. Each meter of cable is a chain of responsible decisions. And when an operator, a technologist, and a quality engineer speak the same language of lean manufacturing, we don't just grow – we become a reliable link in the import substitution chain."

The Forum has become a unique platform for dialogue between business, experts and authorities. The participants discussed practical cases on improving operational efficiency, transformation strategies, digital maturity tools, staff engagement techniques, and much more – all in the context of achieving the goals of the national project and the sustainable growth of the Russian economy.
