The Commission on Investment Projects under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Smolensk Region has awarded the status of a large-scale investment project to LLC SSP (Smolensk Sports Nutrition), which will allow the company to obtain a land plot without bidding for the implementation of its investment plans, the capacity of which is about 700 million rubles.

SSP is one of the leading manufacturers of sports nutrition, dietary supplements and functional drinks. The company's portfolio includes dozens of product lines and hundreds of product names, more than 70 brands under STM, as well as 12 of its own. The company employs 144 people. The company is actively developing the direction of import substitution, creating domestic analogues of popular foreign brands.

The project is supported by the Investment Development Corporation LLC. In terms of cooperation, the company has already received comprehensive support for its initiative: legal support, assistance in preparing documentation, obtaining the necessary permits and permits. The experts of the Investment Development Corporation helped to coordinate the company's representatives with the executive authorities of the Smolensk region as soon as possible in a "one-stop shop" mode and provided assistance in solving emerging problems.

In the future, two new areas will be implemented as part of the investment project: the production of functional beverages in a tin can and glass, as well as the production of liposomal vitamins.

After the expansion of production, the SSP company plans to triple the output of certain product categories.
