Zoya Tkalich, Deputy General Director of the Investment Development Corporation, and Vyacheslav Shamovtsev, Head of the Land Relations Department, participated in field seminars and meetings on the topic: "State support mechanisms: subsidies, concessional lending, grant support, social contracts" in Gagarin and Vyazma districts.

Isa Isaev, a member of the Committee on Economic Development, Investment and Entrepreneurship of the Smolensk Region, Deputy of the Smolensk Regional Duma, made an introductory speech at the seminar in Gagarin, which brought together more than 60 people.

The seminars are primarily aimed at developing entrepreneurial activity in a particular municipality, as well as improving financial and legal literacy of businesses.

Following the seminar, the participants learned about the mechanisms of state support for agricultural producers, such as subsidies, preferential loans, grant support and social contracts.

During the seminar, Zoya Tkalich spoke about the services provided by the Corporation. In particular, she focused on cadastral and design work carried out for agricultural producers. I also held consultations on the spot for interested entrepreneurs.
