As part of the federal Labor Productivity project, representatives of the Smolensk Region actively participate in the interregional exchange of experience and best practices.
For example, a delegation including representatives of the regional Investment Development Corporation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Smolensk Region visited the Volgograd Region to participate in the certification of the local regional competence center. This trip demonstrates an active commitment to the introduction of advanced production efficiency techniques.
The certification of a regional competence center is a complex and multi—step process aimed at assessing its compliance with the high standards set within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". During the certification, various aspects of the center's activities are evaluated, including the competencies of the staff, the methodological base, as well as the effectiveness of interaction with participating enterprises.
Representatives of the Smolensk Region shared their experience in implementing productivity improvement tools at enterprises in their region, talked about the most effective methods of working with staff and the difficulties they faced in implementing the Federal Project. This exchange of experience proved to be beneficial for both sides. Volgograd specialists were able to see alternative approaches to solving problems, and the Smolensk delegation was able to evaluate the effectiveness of existing methods in the Volgograd region.
Cooperation between regions within the framework of national projects plays a key role in achieving the set goals. The exchange of experience, joint analysis of best practices and mutual support make it possible to accelerate the pace of implementation of innovative technologies and techniques, which ultimately leads to an increase in the efficiency of the regions' economies.
