Executive Director of the Smolensk Regional Association of Employers "Scientific and Industrial Union" (SRR "NPS")Sergey Esalnek and Alexander Kazakov, CEO of the Smolensk Region Investment Development Corporation, signed a cooperation agreement aimed at developing effective mechanisms for interaction between government authorities, business associations and investors.

It is assumed that joint work will contribute to the socio-economic development of the Smolensk region and increase the investment attractiveness of the region.
