During three training production shifts, using the example of assembling a gas pressure regulator panel, the training participants, with the help of RCC trainers, got acquainted with the basic principles and tools of lean manufacturing, and also gained practical experience in applying the knowledge gained.
The main focus of the training is on building the flow of single products, for this purpose, employees of enterprises learned to see losses in production processes, find "bottlenecks" and rebalance the working elements of operations.
The flow of single products is a method of organizing production in which the technological chain is divided into cells and operations, between which the product is transferred one piece at a time, and there are no interoperable stocks.
