November 11th, 2025
The team of the Regional Competence Center (RCC) of the Smolensk Region took part in the VII Federal Productivity 360 Forum, one of the key events of 2025, where business representatives, experts and authorities discuss tools and practices for improving labor productivity.

Maxim Reshetnikov, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, said that over the past 7 years, productivity in Russia has increased by 8.2%, while the Government's overall productivity target by 2030 is 20.7%.

"The Productivity 360 Forum is the very platform where you can see really working solutions. Our team got acquainted with successful cases of implementing lean manufacturing tools and modern performance management systems in various sectors of the economy," said Vladimir Panfilov, head of the RCC of the Smolensk Region.

The Investment Development Corporation of the Smolensk Region emphasizes that the participation of the Regional Competence Center in such events is not only about the exchange of experience and the desire of the region to introduce modern management practices, but also about the opportunity to build partnerships with other regions of the Russian Federation to jointly increase economic efficiency.

RCC is the regional operator of the federal project "Labor Productivity" (part of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy").
