Since 2025, the Regional Center for Competence in the field of Labor Productivity of the Smolensk Region has been implementing the federal project "Labor Productivity" as part of the new national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".

The federal project is a continuation of the national Labor Productivity project, which ended in 2024, and is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of Russian goods and services by creating a culture of high productivity and efficiency in enterprises.

By the end of 2024, 41 enterprises in our region have already taken part in the project, while the total revenue of participating enterprises amounted to 60 billion rubles.

According to the presidential decree, by 2030, lean manufacturing should be implemented in 40% of enterprises in basic non-resource sectors of the economy and 100% of social organizations.

Companies operating in the fields of manufacturing, construction, agriculture, transport, tourism and resource supply organizations can participate in the new federal project.

To participate in the project, the company's revenue for the previous year must exceed 400 million rubles (in tourism – 180 million rubles).

We remind you that the operator for optimizing production processes at enterprises is the Regional Competence Center, established on the basis of the Investment Development Corporation of the Smolensk Region.
