The Igra Plus LLC working group completed the second training module as part of the company's Productivity Improvement Program.

In November 2024, the full team of the pilot process optimization project completed training in the programs "Problem Solving Methodology", "Standardized Operation" and "Autonomous Equipment Maintenance".

The training "Standardized work" is based on the development of methods of standardized work on operations observed on real video during the activities of an employee of an enterprise. The participants studied the possibilities and principles of working with basic documents to identify and analyze problems, learned how to identify elements of operations, take time measurements, identify unnecessary movements and losses in the work of employees.

Based on the training on the development of standards of operational procedures, the participants of the working group developed a strategy to increase the development of manual operations for the manufacture of soft toys.
