Gazprom Gas Distribution Smolensk intends to continue its participation in the new federal Labor Productivity project

In December 2024, 20 heads of Gazprom Gas Distribution Smolensk structural divisions were trained at the Process Factory of the regional competence center.
The advanced training program "Lean Manufacturing" was implemented at the site of the Smolensk branch of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation as part of the national project "Labor Productivity".
During the training, the gas workers mastered the relevant areas of lean manufacturing, such as mapping production flows, implementing the 5C system at the enterprise, organizing an effective information center, etc.
The practical training of the students took place in the form of a training on the basis of the "Process Factory", where, based on the real production cycle, students applied the tools of lean manufacturing, learned to see losses, formulate and solve problems, and balance processes.
