Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie Smolensk JSC has conducted an in-person selection of candidates for lean manufacturing instructors. Future instructors have the opportunity to receive free training and become mentors for other employees in lean manufacturing.

The main tasks of lean manufacturing instructors:

• continue to develop the production culture at the enterprise;
• maintain the achieved results;
• organize new projects;
• train colleagues in best practices;
• to replicate "lean" technologies in all areas of activity.

3 candidates have successfully passed the selection procedure and are included in the next wave of training. They will receive training in coaching skills and methodological training in conducting trainings.

The subsequent assessment and certification of instructors can guarantee the quality of their training and a high level of theoretical knowledge.
