Gazprom Gas Distribution Smolensk JSC has joined the large-scale federal Labor Productivity project and has begun active work on the implementation of a labor productivity improvement program.

At the first stage of the program's implementation, the company will carefully select the pilot stream, which will become an experimental platform for the introduction of new working methods. At the same time, a working group will be formed, consisting of the most qualified employees who are ready to implement changes and master modern production management tools.

In the near future, the participants of the working group will receive an intensive training course under the guidance of experienced experts from the Regional Competence Center. The training program includes a detailed study of the principles of lean manufacturing, methods for identifying and eliminating production losses, as well as ways to optimize work processes. Special attention will be paid to practical aspects of reducing service delivery time and improving the quality of work.

After completing the theoretical training, the project team, together with experts, will begin a comprehensive diagnosis of existing processes. Based on the data obtained, a detailed action plan will be developed to improve current operations within the framework of the pilot project. The participants of the working group will have the opportunity to directly put into practice the acquired knowledge and skills, which will make it possible to implement new approaches to the organization of work as effectively as possible.

To date, more than 40 organizations and enterprises in the region have already become participants in the federal project "Labor Productivity" within the framework of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy".
