The Process Factory is reopening its doors to train employees of Smetanino Poultry Farm LLC as part of the new federal Labor Productivity project.

During the training process, employees of enterprises acquire knowledge and practical skills in such areas as:

• identification of losses affecting operational and financial performance;
• formation of solutions to reduce the time of the manufacturing process;
• Decrease in inventories of work in progress;
• Equalization of operator loading;
• reducing the distance and time of transportation;
• Building a production process that is as customer-oriented as possible.

Since its opening in 2021, the Process Factory has become a place where managers and employees can understand how lean manufacturing technologies are being implemented in a one-day practice.

Key performance indicators of the "Process Factory":

• 82 enterprises of Smolensk and the Smolensk region participated in the "Factory";
• In 2024, more than 200 employees were trained.
