On June 20, 2025, as part of the implementation of the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy", the Investment Development Corporation of the Smolensk Region held the 50th anniversary "Factory of Production Processes".

The training was attended by specialists from Smoltoys Group of companies, Smolenskelectrokabel Software LLC, SSP LLC, Saula Company LLC.

The training was conducted in a production simulation format with three shifts of 20 minutes each. The participants used lean manufacturing tools under the guidance of experts from the Regional Competence Center.

Achieved results:

• significant growth in operating profit;
• reduction of production costs;
• the introduction of the principle of three "NOT": do not transfer, do not produce, do not accept marriage.

The participants demonstrated a high level of responsibility and the ability to promptly eliminate identified problems in the production flow.

During the operation of the Process Factory training production site, almost 800 employees of 87 regional companies were trained. The acquired knowledge is successfully implemented in production facilities, improving financial and economic performance.

Employees of enterprises participating in the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" and other companies interested in improving efficiency can take part in the training at the "Process Factory".
