The Phoenix Industrial Park is Working on the Improvement of the Territory for the Comfortable Implementation of Investment Projects

In the Phoenix Industrial Park (hereinafter referred to as the Park), work continues to create conditions for the comfortable implementation of investment projects.

At the moment, a set of measures for engineering site preparation for landscaping of the Park territory has been carried out, aimed at site grading and surface runoff, drainage, subsurface utility engineering, area cleanup operations, preservation of existing valuable green spaces and soil cover.

The global trend in the development of industry is its grouping within specially prepared territories united by a common strategy and concept of development, access to engineering infrastructure and general management.

Previously, factories often appeared literally in the open field, where the investor, before building an enterprise, had to independently lay all the necessary engineering infrastructure. Now new industrial projects are mainly developing on prepared sites — industrial parks, in particular, the Phoenix Industrial Park which is an attractive site for residents.

The total area of the Park is 82.53 hectares and is fully ready for the construction of industrial facilities.

Special conditions are applied to residents of the park: the lease of the land plot is free for the entire construction period, the plots themselves are provided without bidding, and after the commissioning of the facility, their redemption value is 25% of the cadastral value. For the first 10 years there is no property tax, land, and transport taxes, and the income tax is only 16.5%.
