Works to create favorable conditions for the activities of the residents of the Phoenix Industrial Park continue With the onset of spring, active preparations of engineering infrastructure facilities are underway on the territory of the Phoenix Industrial Park. Works to create comfortable conditions for the implementation of investment projects by the Park's residents are carried out as well.

The following engineering infrastructure facilities have been put into operation:
  • transformer substations 10/0.4 kV Distribution substation 2 and Distribution substation 4;
  • water intake facilities and water supply networks;
  • biological wastewater treatment with a capacity of up to 150 m3/day;
  • gas supply networks;
  • household sewerage networks;
  • power supply networks cable power line-10kV and cable power line-0.4kV;
  • sewage facility and storm-water system;
  • administration and amenity building.

In turn, the works of the residents of the Industrial Park are carried out in accordance with the schedule. The total area of the Phoenix Industrial Park is 82.53 hectares and is fully ready for the construction of industrial facilities. There are special conditions for residents of the Park: the lease of a land plot is free for the entire construction period, the plots themselves are provided without bidding, and after the facility is put into operation, their redemption value is 25% of the cadastral value. For the first 10 years, there is no property tax, land and transport taxes, and income tax is only 16.5%.
