Information on the investment project implementation related to construction of grain drying complex with seed processing line for production of colessed and grains (Safonovo District)

Within 2018-2019 the company successfully implemented the project for construction of plant-growing base with priority of grain and oil crops: over 900 ha of land has been reclamated, farm machinery and equipment have been purchased. The total investment value amounted to 150 million rubles. 12 job openings were created.

Within 2019-2020 the enterprise returned on crop rotation 460 ha of land; there are plans to return 500 ha more in 2020-2021. Grain and oil crops are considered to be a high priority.

In 2019 sowing period amounted: spring cultures — 700 ha (colessed, wheat); winter cultures — 700 ha (colessed, wheat, rye); in 2020: spring cultures — 800 ha (colessed, wheat, oats). In 2020 the enterprise started implementation of the investment project related to construction of grain drying complex with seed processing line for production of colessed and grains. The total investment value will amount to 160 million rubles.

The project implementation is divided into 3 stages:

The 1st stage (2020-2021) is the construction of the complex;

On the 2nd and the 3d stages (2022-2023) it is planned to increase storage capacity by construction of grain elevators.

Project delivery time: 2020-2023.

Social effect: 40 job openings.

The project suggests construction of modern high-technological grain drying complex with seed cleaning line and sorting gravity tables. Configuration of machines and special purpose equipment, as well as solution of the complex’s project does not have alternatives in the Russian Federation today, especially a seed line integrated into the grain drying complex, the absence of which leads to degradation of grain fund in the region.

Having reached its planned capacity, the output will amount to:

60 tons per hour (seed cleaning line);

30 tons per hour (seed drying line);

5 tons per hour (gravity table for sorting grain seeds);

9 000 tons (storage line).

Currently, project works are in progress (project documentation has been developed; geotechnical and environmental engineering works have been finished; at the boarder of the site technological connection to power supply networks was carried out). It is planned to put the complex into operation in the second quarter of 2021.
