Information on the investment project implementation related to improving poultry breeding (slaughter floor, 3 poultry yards) (Smolensk District)

The project includes construction of 1 poultry yard to breed young birds, 2 poultry yards to place laying birds and keep packing store, as well as equipment purchase. The planned increase of egg production will be more than 120 mln. pieces per year, the fowl production will amount to 200 tons.

As part of the first stage, all the necessary infrastructure has been developed at the poultry farm to double the production output. At the same time a bread-baking plant has been renovated, for example a combined feed shop floor has been upgraded. By now 2 poultry yards accommodating 269,400 hens, 1 poultry yard for 140 ths. chicken have been put into operation.

As a result, the number of bird places at the poultry farm will be doubled from 511 ths. to 1,046 ths. places for adult laying birds. Thus, the production volume will also increase and become unrivalled in the Smolensk Region.
