Progress report on the “Vazuza Country Club hotel complex construction” investment project (the Gagarin District) 

Project Delivery Time: 2014-2021 

Total Investment Amount: 1.1 billion Rub. 

Social Return: 95 new jobs 

Kovcheg Trading Firm LLC has been implementing a project in the territory of the Gagarin District municipality of the Smolensk Region since 2014 At present, the investment volume under the project has been amounted to over 750 Mio rubles; social return is 50 jobs. 

The Vazusa Country Club holiday house complex is an eco-resort for stay here and rest away from megacities, which is located in close proximity to the Vazuza Reservoir shoreline. 

Under the project, there have been established the following amenities: hotel with 16 rooms, Business and VIP cottages, restaurant, SPA-center, equipment hiring, boathouse, sports grounds, etc. The hotel complex occupies an area of 9 ha; the hotel room capacity is 86 main and 40 additional places for guest accommodation. 

There has been started construction of a Vazusa Country Club Premium Class Village with an area of 20 ha (56 land plots). At the moment, there have been constructed 6 houses. 

Within the framework of the IV Smolensk Regional Socio-Economic Forum “Development Area”, there was signed an Agreement of intent between KOVCHEG Trading Firm LLC and the Administration of the Smolensk Region.
