Vyazma Synthetic Products Plant invests 250 Million Rubles in the Technical Re-equipment

Vyazma Synthetic Products Plant reconstructed production of stearic ester. The enterprise invested 250 million rubles in the technical re-equipment. This investment project allows significantly expand the range.

According to General Director of Vyazma Synthetic Products Plant Evgeny Goncharenko the final stage of starting-up and adjustment works of “a new fully automatic production line for production of wide range of natural fatty acid esters” finished in July of this year.

In long-term plans of the enterprise there is a possibility to implement the project in launching production of natural fatty acid esters. This will allow localize the production connected with extensive processing of agricultural oils for engineering application in the Smolensk Region. On behalf of the Governor Alexey Ostrovsky the regional authorities will assist with finding co-investors.

It should be reminded that Vyazma Synthetic Products Plant specializes in production of oleochemical products particularly in different additives (stabilizers, emulgators, flexibilizers, lubricants, destaticizer agents) for cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. These additives determine the end-product properties in a particular industry. This is a group of oleic esters, stearic ester, emulsifying waxes. The whole range of products can be manufactured on a new production line the capacity of which is over 3,5 thousand tons of finished products a year.
