The delegation of the Smolensk region has held a number of meetings within the Russian agricultural exhibition Golden Autumn

Within the Russian agricultural exhibition Golden Autumn the Vice Governor of the Smolensk region Rostislav Rovbel and members of delegation of the region have held a number of working meetings with the investors realizing and planning implementation of projects in agro-industrial complex of the Smolensk region.

The meeting with the management of the dynamically developing rabbit farm Krol i K, LLC has taken place at the exhibition. The participants have discussed the issues with the current work of the company and the prospect of further development of the enterprise and production distribution.

Also the members of the delegation of the Smolensk region have held negotiations with the management of the Russian-German company INTERGENBUL dealing with issues of genetics and reproduction of cattle. At the moment INTERGENBUL considers the possibility of creation of a company in the territory of the Smolensk region. The company will ensure breeding functioning on reproduction of cattle of Holstein breed from the German companies MasterRind and RBB, the leaders in production and sale of genetic material in the European and world markets.

In addition, the residents of Smolensk have visited round tables and panel discussions at which the most important issues of development of domestic livestock production, the strategy of development of selection of seed farming of crops, export of production of agrarian and industrial complex, sustainable development of rural territories, topical issues of dairy cattle breeding were discussed.
