INNOPROM helped the Smolensk companies to open the new directions in export
The 8th International exhibition of industry and innovations INNOPROM finished in Yekaterinburg. Japan became the partner country of the event.
This year INNOPROM confirmed the status of the main platform for leaders of industrial branches, exhibition stands of more than 600 companies from 20 countries of the world were presented at the exhibition, more than 90 countries directed the commerce and industry delegations to INNOPROM-2017.
More than 50 thousand people visited the exhibition. Including delegations from Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Turkey, the UAE, Iran, the Republic of South Africa, etc. 14 governors and representatives of 59 regions of Russia also visited the exhibition.
The quantity of the natural product samples of robotic technology and mechanical engineering presented at the exhibition grew by 2,5 times in comparison with the last year.
Presence at the ceremony of opening of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin became a significant event of the exhibition.
The Smolensk companies took the active part in INNOPROM. It became possible thanks to the state support which was given by Centre of support of export of the Smolensk region to the enterprises.
The delegation of Smolensk region consisted of producers of the synchronous and asynchronous electromotors (Ruselprom), auto parts for domestic cars (The Roslavl brake systems), electromechanical locks and the electronic equipment (Promix), the automobile and tractor aggregates (Polimix), the equipment for laser tag (Lasertag).
There were also presented the companies entering the Smolensk composite cluster (a producer of pipes and pipelines (Donata) and a producer of biogas installations (Gildia M).
The stand of the Smolensk region was visited by more than 1500 people, to a great extent their attention was attracted by samples of the company Lazertag, the leader in development and production of the equipment for laser tag in the territory of Russia.
There took place more than 30 negotiations with representatives of investment companies and importers from France, Japan, India, the People's Republic of China, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Switzerland at the exhibition stand of Smolensk region. The foreign contacts will promote the conclusion of export contracts of the participants of the Smolensk delegation and development of foreign economic activity of business of the Smolensk region. Residents of Smolensk are invited to participation in one of the largest exhibitions in Stuttgart (Germany) in June, 2018, and the delegation of the German business plans a visit to the Smolensk region within road-show or business mission for search of potential partners.
The main strategic session "Clever production: the competition of the models vs the competition of technologies", a meeting of Strategic council for investments into the new industries under the chairmanship of the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov in which the Vice Governor of the Smolensk region Rostislav Rovbel took part, the Russian-Japanese industrial forum "Optimization of Commerce and Industry Communications" became the key events of INNOPROM-2017.
Next year INNOPROM will be from July 9 to July 12. Digital production will become the main subject of the exhibition and the partner country will be the South Korea. The top management of the companies will take part in the exhibition.
